Information service design for global carbon emissions and climate issues
Summary
The food industry, especially the meat and dairy products sector, is the industry that has the greatest impact on climate change after the fossil fuel industry. It can be said that low-carb eating habits are of great significance, and reducing meat/protein intake itself is also of great help to health.
How to start with the shopping and eating habits of urban residents to reduce urban carbon emissions is the main issue studied in this project.
Additional info
By designing the cooking ingredients information (commodity price tag, checkout receipt) that shoppers touch when purchasing commodities, it affects the information environment that shoppers touch during the shopping process (Comparison of shopper's perception and subconscious value of different carbon emission products):change the customer's choice of goods in the supermarket, and help customers form a lower-carbon and healthy daily eating habits.
