Well Worn Exhibition

Thirty Artists Redefine Exhibition Norms in Innovative Exhibition: Well Worn

Well Worn
SET Ealing, 105-113 St James House, Broadway
28th of September - 12th of October

Well Worn is a project that seeks to challenge established conventions of making, interacting with and exhibiting artworks. Thirty artists have been invited to create new work, by distilling their artistic practice into items of clothing or accessories. Through this process, they will have stepped outside their conventional modes of working.

United by their considerate approach to working with identity and subjectivities, viewers will be invited to fully interact with the exhibition of these artist’s newly produced works.

Through fostering direct relationships between artworks, audiences and artist practices, Well Worn reaches beyond the visual and will attempt a divergent language of display.

Expect itchy wool, recycled textiles, and safety pins. What you make is up to you! Connect Contemporary (CoCo) is a non-profit contemporary art programme for children to access an art education that empowers them. We provide children and young people opportunities to explore personal and collective identities through making, playing, and participating.
