Beneath the Wet Peninsula has been selected as a Local Curatorial Project of 'Art Macao: Macao International Art Biennale 2025'. The project is co-curated by MRes alumni, Daisy Di Wang (MRes), plus Wong Mei Teng (Cosmo) (from RCA Contemporary Art Practice), and features Zhang Shuangyangzi (RCA Contemporary Art Practice) as one of the participating artists.
The project takes “wetware” as a metaphor to reimagine Macao as an ecotone—a zone where biology, technology, and memory converge. As part of the Biennale, it explores the intersections of ecology, data infrastructures, and cultural memory through newly commissioned works and interdisciplinary research.
